A total of 42 teachers from central Kwanza Sul province, Wednesday in Sumbe district, received their Master's degree certificate in Education Sciences, a programme sponsored by the Education Ministry. The training programme falls under an accord between the Education Ministry and the Higher Institute of Education Sciences of Odivelas (Portugal), as part of that institution's teachers training programme.
