 Este documento resulta de um estudo de planificação extenso que visa criar necessidades e contribuições institucionais existentes para a produção de conhecimentos sobre desenvolvimento compatível com o clima (investigação, ensino e aprendizagem, comunidade e proximidade de políticas) nos países da SADC, envolvendo principalmente as 62 universidades que fazem parte da Southern African Regional Universities Association (SARUA).
